EmilyAddison.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.
EmilyAddison.com will make every effort to make sure that photo and/or video Content is in working order before uploading and releasing Content on the Site for sale. In the event that a file is corrupt or defective, please contact customer support by emailing email@example.com. We will contact you within 24-48 hours with a resolution to your problem.

EmilyAddison.com accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment. EmilyAddison.com may obtain a pre-approval from the User's credit card for an amount up to the total of the order. Billing to the User's credit card happens at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.
